Enrico, revolutionary photographer in his early age,

in 1982 emerged as an advertising photographer with a

particular aim towards food photography. In the course

of time - as Wim Wenders used to say - he has been working

with leading Italian and European agencies, putting his mark

on international campaigns. And then, he understood that

it might be better to dedicate himself to what is much

more meaningful, so he refined his culinary art talent.

Curious, eclectic, megalomaniac, courageous, passionate

and quick-witted. Other then being an excellent cook

he defines himself as a sensitive sailman.

He never stops experimenting and being enthusiastic about

the world, but don't disturb him during his lunch break.

Fotografo barricadero durante la bella gioventù,

nel 1982 è emerso dalla cintola in su come fotografo

pubblicitario, specializzandosi nel settore food.

Nel corso del tempo, come diceva Wenders, ha lavorato

con le principali agenzie italiane ed europee firmando

campagne di livello internazionale. Poi ha capito che forse

era meglio dedicarsi a cose davvero importanti,

e ha raffinato l’arte culinaria.

Curioso, eclettico, megalomane, combattivo, appassionato

e arguto, oltre che ottimo cuoco si definisce sensibile velista.

Non smette mai di sperimentare e di entusiasmarsi

del mondo. Ma non disturbatelo nella pausa pranzo.
