As you know, OZU is a place but, above all, it is an open group of people

with different attitudes and skills who are active, in a shared space,

to build positive synergies with others, creating and following a dream.

If we share an idea, a concept or a dream,

if we share good moments

and it feels real.

If we are able to come open and we forgive each other when we are closed.

If we are sincere and honest,

if we laugh together,

sometimes shed a few tears

and give each other a hand when it's needed

and generous good advice,

then we are lucky to be surrounded by the right people.

People that we are honoured to be their friends.

You might come in as a complete stranger

but it is more than likely that you will leave as a friend.

Certo, OZU è un posto, ma soprattutto è un gruppo di persone, un gruppo aperto,

di persone con differenti attitudini e abilità, che vivono e condividono

questo spazio con l'ambizione di costruire sinergie positive.

Quando condividiamo un'idea, un concetto o un sogno,

quando condividiamo i momenti buoni,

ed  è sul serio.

Se siamo capaci di essere aperti e ci perdoniamo quando siamo chiusi,

se siamo sinceri e onesti,

se ridiamo insieme,

qualche volta versiamo anche qualche lacrima

e ci diamo una mano quando serve,

un buon consiglio generoso,

allora vuol dire che siamo fortunati ad essere circondati dalle persone giuste.

Persone di cui siamo onorati di essere amici.

E' possibile che qualcuno arrivi come un perfetto estraneo

ma è molto probabile che vada via da amico.
